At Macklin Automotive & Performance, we stand behind the quality of our work and the parts we install. Our goal is to ensure your vehicle runs reliably and safely after every service.

Coverage
• Repairs & Labor – Covered for 6 months or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of service.
• Parts – Covered under the manufacturer or supplier warranty; terms and duration vary by product. Plus 90 days of installation workmanship coverage from us. Does not cover labor cost if manufacturer defect, however defect labor rate is discounted.
• Lift Kits & Performance Upgrades – Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty on parts, plus 90 days of installation workmanship coverage from us.

What’s Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, racing, or off-road use (unless the part is specifically intended for off-road use)
• Failure of customer-supplied parts or components
• Modifications or repairs performed by another shop after our work
• Environmental damage (e.g., rust, corrosion, weather-related damage)

Parts Warranty Details
• All refunds or replacements for defective parts are processed according to the part supplier’s warranty policy, refund rules, and guidelines.
• Some parts may require inspection by the manufacturer before approval of a claim.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Contact us at info@macklinautos.com or call us as soon as you notice an issue.
2. Provide your original invoice number and describe the problem.
3. Bring the vehicle in for inspection so we can determine eligibility under the warranty.

Additional Notes
• Warranty coverage is nontransferable and applies only to the original customer and vehicle listed on the invoice.
• Any unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
